Taliek & Nate’s Journey to Paris

My name is Taliek,(TJ) and I’m about to take the biggest leap of my life—with my loyal companion Nate, a 12-year-old Malti-poo born in Buffalo, New York, by my side.

I am a fashion show producer, who grew up surrounded by creativity, style, and the energy of the runway. Nate has been with me through it all, joining me at shows and inspiring me to dream even bigger.

After years of watching, Nate decided to start his own fashion line, and that journey has led us to this incredible moment.

I’ve just been accepted into a Master’s program in Fashion Film at Paris College of Art. This is a dream I’ve been building toward for years through hard work in fashion, creative direction, and storytelling. Now, everything is real—and everything is due at once.

 Before I can even step on that plane, I need to cover the essentials to begin this journey:

• Passport renewal,
  
• visa application and processing fees,
  
• Nate’s vaccinations for travel,
  
• initial travel expenses,
  
• a housing deposit, and
  
• essential school supplies
  

This is the part that unlocks everything else. Once these pieces are in place, I can fully move forward with my transition to Paris and my studies.
